Job Overview/Summary
The
Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across all online platforms to support brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical skills, and content understanding, particularly within the life sciences and pharmaceutical services sector.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including campaigns, SEO/SEM, website management and any new digital technology platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and scientific teams to identify target audiences and develop persona-based marketing initiatives
Website & SEO
- Manage and optimize the corporate website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation & conversion
- Drive SEO/SEM strategy, including keyword planning, content optimization, and backlink building
Analytics, Insights & Recommendations
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, website traffic, CRM, and campaign performance to identify industry trends and user behavior
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations for cross-functional teams, including BD, marketing, and leadership
- Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI and guide future marketing decisions
- Implement lead nurturing workflows, CRM integration, and contact segmentation

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the CRO/CDMO, biotech, or life sciences sector
- Proven experience in B2B digital campaign management and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, WordPress, and email marketing platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex scientific services into clear, engaging marketing content
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, global team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese is a plus
