As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our team. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who blends technical fluency with creative insight—someone who can manage, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across our digital ecosystem. This role will also play a key part in amplifying our content marketing efforts—helping extend the reach and impact of content across digital channels.

As Digital Marketing Manager at Konovo, you will join a fast-growing, global marketing team and take the lead in scaling our digital marketing campaigns. You'll bring our bold new brand to life while helping drive AI-powered healthcare innovations to audiences around the world—all within a flexible, remote-first environment.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across email, paid media (LinkedIn, Google), social, and blog to generate qualified leads and audience engagement.
  • Own day-to-day execution of nurture programs, lead segmentation, and lead assignment workflows in HubSpot to ensure timely and targeted communications.
  • Oversee blog and landing pages WordPress, ensuring they reflect brand standards and support marketing goals.
  • Help scale and extend our content marketing efforts across blog, social, and email channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external agencies to ensure alignment and smooth campaign delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs, pull channel performance reports, and contribute actionable recommendations to optimize performance in partnership with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.
  • Manage lead scoring, automation workflows, and funnel optimization tactics.
  • Manage content distribution and asset publishing across channels; ensure assets support awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
  • Enable Sales and other client-facing teams with content and ensuring teams have access to up-to-date, brand-aligned materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter who blends technical fluency with creative insight and a proactive approach to digital marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign operations—preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or market research industries.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and/or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and the ability to support campaign builds, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different formats, channels, and audiences while maintaining brand voice.
  • A curious, analytical thinker who identifies and delivers data-driven solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills, comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Highspot, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits. The estimated cash compensation range for this role is:

$90,000-$125,000 USD
