Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About Boba Tea Protein:

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add additional personnel to marketing team.Boba Tea Protein is a fast-growing wellness brand that is innovating at the intersection of boba and fitness. Our mission is to help people become their best selves by offering healthier, protein-packed alternatives to your favorite boba and Asian-inspired drinks!

We’re a 10-person team with a wide range of experience—from seasoned industry veterans to those just beginning their careers.

Location:

This is a remote role with travel required approximately every other month for photoshoots and content creation. Additional travel may be needed during peak seasons, such as Black Friday.

Candidates open to relocating will be eligible for a relocation bonus and may be eligible for additional compensation. In these cases, a hybrid work arrangement would be available. Our 6,000 sq ft office is located in Carrollton, TX about 10 minutes south of K-Town and 20 minutes north of Dallas.

Overview:

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that brings our brand to life across platforms through engaging content and storytelling.

We're looking for someone who not only understands social media platforms—but also deeply passionate about health, wellness, and, of course, boba. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to turn trends into brand moments, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Design and execute our social media strategy.
  • Craft and schedule scroll-stopping, platform-specific content that reflects our brand identity and aesthetic.
  • Design engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that align with current trends and cultural moments to boost audience interaction.
  • Maximize the distribution of our content across multiple platforms primarily TikTok, Instagram, our Facebook Community, and YouTube Shorts, but priorities may shift and we may adjust priorities to meet evolving business growth needs.

Community Engagement

  • Foster a vibrant online presence by promptly responding to comments, messages, and tags in a voice consistent with our brand.
  • Spot and seize opportunities to engage creatively in conversations, driving brand relevance and visibility.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to roll out unified campaigns that support launches, brand milestones, and key initiatives.
  • Ensure all social strategies align with broader business objectives through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Trend Awareness

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of social media trends, features, and platform shifts to inspire fresh, forward-thinking content ideas.
  • Suggest new approaches to maintain a competitive edge and cultural relevance.

Performance & Insights

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators like engagement, reach, and conversion to evaluate content effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights and reports to continuously refine content strategy and campaign impact.

Video & Content Ideation

  • Generate and produce original, trend-driven video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc) that tells compelling stories and forges genuine connections with our audience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media, ideally in the wellness, lifestyle, or health-focused industries.
  • Demonstrated success in producing compelling content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities, with an instinct for expressing a brand’s unique tone and personality.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and guide content strategy.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling, emerging trends, and strong design sensibilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

  • No degree required, but degrees in creative advertising, visual communication, graphic design, or other relevant degree is preferred.
