You will turn data into decisions and partner with creative and design to push campaigns. You will own programmatic and native buys via DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, and Outbrain, build AI-enabled automation, and create a testing engine to optimize the funnel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, ops, or related role.
• Hands-on depth in programmatic, native, or CRO.
• Experience applying AI tools to automate workflows.
• Strong ability to tell a data-driven story with insights.

Responsibilities

• Own MASA's seminar marketing end-to-end and optimize CPL, attendance, and ROI.
• Build AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate workflow.
• Manage programmatic/native campaigns across DV360, Trade Desk, Taboola, Outbrain.
• Design and run a CRO testing roadmap for landing pages and offers.
• Collaborate with design/copy to move experiments through the funnel.
• Report insights and recommendations to improve future MASA marketing.
