About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic go-to-market efforts with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) such as Databricks, MongoDB, SAP, and others. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product Management, Sales, and Partner Marketing to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that highlight the value of Confluent's integrations with ISV partners

This role is remote and requires a strong blend of product marketing, partner engagement, and cross-functional execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for joint solutions with ISV partners.
• Build content and enablement assets for integrated campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on partner strategies and drive joint GTM execution.
• Lead initiatives that support funnel growth, partner campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Gather insights from ISV partners and customers to inform strategic planning and content refinement.
• Support partner-focused sales training and field enablement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on success metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs and GTM strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing roles within SaaS or enterprise software companies.
• Demonstrated success working with ISV partnerships or within a technology alliance ecosystem.
• Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer value and business outcomes.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business units and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure and cloud-native environments is a plus.
