The Digital Marketing Manager leads Dekko's digital marketing strategy and builds a connected customer experience across our digital channels, website, e-commerce, and customer portal. This is a hands‑on role combining campaign execution, marketing technology, analytics, and content.
The successful candidate will be technically capable, analytical, and creative, with the confidence to test new ideas and use emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve marketing performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned to Dekko's growth priorities and revenue goals.
- Lead account-based marketing for high-value accounts and priority segments, using D&B, HubSpot, and sales insights to personalize outreach and generate opportunities.
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, social, search, paid advertising, video, webinars, and landing pages.
- Manage Dekko's website, e-commerce, and customer portal content — pages, navigation, forms, calls to action, search visibility, and conversion paths.
- Create and edit digital assets (video, social, ads, email, web graphics) in Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable tools, within brand standards.
- Run the lead and customer lifecycle in HubSpot: capture, scoring, nurturing, routing, sales handoff, and re-engagement; keeping lists, segmentation, and campaign tracking accurate and compliant with privacy and consent standards.
- Report on digital performance through HubSpot and analytics dashboards, showing how campaigns contribute to engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Test new channels, creative approaches, and AI-enabled tools, then standardize what works.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and IT to connect digital initiatives with customer needs, commercial priorities, and system capabilities. Manage digital budgets and outside vendors.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
- Five or more years in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with results you can point to in lead quality, conversion, and pipeline.
- Hands‑on HubSpot experience as a day‑to‑day user — campaigns, workflows, lists, social publishing, and reporting.
- Experience managing website and/or e‑commerce content in a CMS, and improving conversion.
- Practical understanding of how lead data flows between a CRM and a marketing platform, and how lead scoring and attribution work in practice. You won't be building integrations, but you need to know what the data is telling you.
- Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience and a portfolio that demonstrates it.
Preferred:
- Account-based marketing experience with D&B or a comparable audience intelligence platform.
- Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable tools for video and design production.
- Manufacturing or technical/industrial product background.
- SEO and AI‑powered search visibility experience.
- HubSpot certification.
