About the role :

To strengthen our digital marketing efforts in Brazil, we are looking for a Brazilian Digital Marketing & Growth Manager (iGaming), who will oversee our acquisition strategies, social media growth, and content monetization specifically for the Brazilian market. This role is focused on PPC, social media, and traffic diversification projects, ensuring structured execution and performance optimization.

As our Digital Marketing & Growth Manager you will

• PPC Acquisition Strategy Supervision – Define and oversee PPC strategy, managing an internal specialist or external agency, with a focus on Brazilian audiences.
  
  

• Social Media Growth & Strategy Optimization – Work closely with the Senior Community Manager to refine and implement a data-driven social media strategy tailored to Brazilian users.
  
  

• Content Production for Sports Betting – Supervise a coordinator managing a team of tipsters, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and data-backed betting content relevant to the Brazilian market.
  
  

• Growth & Conversion Optimization – Identify and test new acquisition channels, improving conversion rates and monetization with a strong focus on Brazil.
  
  

• Newsletter Development Strategy – Provide strategic guidance on newsletter content and distribution to drive audience engagement in Brazil.
  

  Regulatory Compliance & Reporting – Ensure all activities comply with Brazilian iGaming regulations and implement structured reporting for PPC, social media, and growth initiatives.
  

Your profile should include :

• Native Brazilian professional with proven experience in managing digital marketing projects, including PPC (must) & social media growth (nice to have).
  
  

• Successful track record of scaling traffic sources, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving revenue growth in the Brazilian market.
  
  

• Experience leading teams and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of user acquisition and engagement strategies in Brazil.
  
  

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.
  
  

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
  

  Deep understanding of Brazilian user behavior, betting trends, and digital marketing landscape.
