Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Department: Test Prd Mgmt and Mkt Res - 930

Primary Purpose: Develops and executes digital marketing, communications, and advertising strategies for websites, social media, and email. Uses multimedia such as videos and infographics to enhance brand awareness and promote participation in organizational events, initiatives, and programs. Monitors and analyzes strategy effectiveness to optimize resource use for maximum impact.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize, plan, and execute social and online advertising campaigns to increase engagement in events and initiatives.
  • Create digital content, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
  • Manage stakeholder review processes for content approval.
  • Coordinate asset dissemination with internal and external teams.
  • Optimize content for search engines and large language models.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor and improve strategy effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate new features into campaigns.
  • Assist with content creation for non-digital channels as needed.
  • Work under supervision within the Corporate Marketing & Public Relations Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical and Other Requirements:

  • Transportation: Ability to attend events using personal transportation.
  • Scheduling: On-site work with occasional after-hours for events.
  • Physical Activities: Bending, reaching, mobility, and fine motor skills required.
  • Communication: Frequent interaction with others.
  • PPE: Use of personal protective equipment as per regulations.
  • Adherence to ARUP Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years in marketing, advertising, or public relations; two years in digital marketing; experience with marketing automation tools preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interview skills, familiarity with corporate branding, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe products, ability to tailor content, and evaluate story ideas.
