The role requires building scalable systems, overseeing Facebook/Google ads, CRO, and AI-driven workflows, with emphasis on CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization. A fast-paced, ownership-driven mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide marketing strategy across multiple brands.

• Optimize CRM and pipeline; manage ads (Facebook, Google, YouTube).
• Create landing pages, track conversions and analytics dashboards.
