Job summary

Share Capital is seeking a senior Growth/Performance Marketing leader to join a high-growth AI portfolio company in Miami. You will own acquisition strategies, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth while partnering with executives to align marketing outcomes with business goals.

You will work at the intersection of data, AI tools, and paid channels to scale growth across our AI portfolio. The role demands ownership, deep analytics, and a track record of delivering measurable impact in

Qualifications

• Senior Growth or Performance Marketing experience at a high-growth company with accountability for acquisition, efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Directly owned growth outcomes and meaningful acquisition spend.
• Fluency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, conversion, and funnel analytics.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar.
• Highly analytical and daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar).
• Partnered with C-suite stakeholders and linked marketing performance to business outcomes.
• Desire ownership, accountability, and real impact, not a comfortable job.

• You have directly owned growth outcomes and meaningful acquisition spend.
• You’re fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, conversion, and funnel analytics.
• You have hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar.
• You’re highly analytical and use AI tools daily - including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
• You’ve partnered with C-suite stakeholders and know how to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
