Job summary

You will serve as webmaster for the external website, post attorney articles, manage bios, social media content, newsletters, client alerts, and design posters and collateral for events and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/communications/business or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing/communications experience in a professional-services environment.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as webmaster for the firm’s external website and manage content updates.
• Post attorney-authored articles and edit bios and practice group pages.
• Maintain social media presence and track engagement across platforms.
• Monitor online media for PR opportunities and repurpose content.
• Act as Data Steward for the Nexl CRM, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
• Update contacts and merge duplicates; conduct online research for contacts.
• Support seminars/events with invitations, materials, and logistics.
• Design and proofread newsletters, client alerts, and internal announcements.
• Create posters, flyers, and other visual assets for initiatives and events.
• Assist in developing proposals, pitch materials, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare business development analytics and PowerPoint presentations.
