Job summary

Cardozo School of Law in New York City seeks an Assistant Director, Digital Marketing & Communications to execute its digital marketing program in support of Admissions, Institutional Advancement, and reputation goals.

This hands-on role manages the Drupal CMS and HubSpot marketing automation, building pages, landing pages, and email campaigns while guiding a Communications Associate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing and/or communications role.
• Strong writing and communications skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, email, and CRM tools (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Experience with web and CMS tools (Drupal preferred).
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms (GA, Data Studio, Excel).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cardozo website in coordination with page owners.
• Build HubSpot landing pages for ads and campaigns.
• Develop training resources for web and email editors.
