SOPREMA USA is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager in Ohio to lead the company’s digital marketing and communications efforts. The role oversees website content, social media, email campaigns, and content development, coordinating with marketing, sales, product management, and HR to support launches, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related field.
7-10 years in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related discipline.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supervising teams.
Experience managing website content, digital marketing campaigns, and social media programs.
Strong CMS, website management, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Experience with SEO, analytics, and marketing automation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies across channels.
Oversee website strategy, content governance, SEO, and digital presence.
Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Mentor and develop the Marketing Communications Specialist and Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist.
Coordinate with sales, product management, HR, and leadership to support business objectives.
