Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing design with a strong multi-channel portfolio.
• Strong storytelling, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Experience applying branding across paid media, social, email, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand concepts and experiences for digital campaigns.
• Design static and animated media for web stores and emails.
• Apply brand guidelines across campaigns while evolving design systems.
• Support optimization with A/B testing and performance data.
• Design with audience, channels, and conversion path in mind.
• Create motion assets using Figma, Canva, or other tools.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up the full creative workflow.
• Collaborate with VP Brand Strategy, designers, marketers, and sales teams.
• Manage multiple projects with Monday.com for tracking.
• Provide creative leadership and stay current with trends.
