About The Role

We are looking for an Associate in Digital Marketing to drive pipeline and qualified traffic through SEO, SEM, PPC, and content strategies. The ideal candidate will be results-driven with a focus on performance marketing and demand generation. This position will involve collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align initiatives with revenue goals, identify ranking opportunities, and experiment with various growth tactics. You will be responsible for the execution of SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, content creation, and analytics to optimize the inbound growth process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SEO-driven content strategies to generate inbound leads and improve organic visibility.
  • Conduct site audits, resolve SEO issues, and provide optimization guidance.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags) and implement off-page SEO campaigns such as link-building and outreach.
  • Contribute to blog content creation, SEO copywriting, and editorial reviews.
  • Manage PPC and paid media campaigns, including Google Ads.
  • Implement conversion tracking, conduct CRO tests, and monitor performance to increase MQLs and SQLs.
  • Create digital assets, including blogs, landing pages, and guides, to nurture leads.
  • Analyze metrics (engagement, CTR, bounce rates, conversions) and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments across channels and perform A/B testing to enhance lead acquisition and engagement.
  • Optimize lead nurturing and segmentation within HubSpot, collaborating with sales on lead scoring and lifecycle stages.
  • Develop re-nurturing strategies for inactive or non-converting leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing HubSpot websites and landing pages.
  • 3+ years of experience using SEM tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Spyfu.
  • Expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot dashboards.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain is a significant advantage.
