If you are a sales-oriented, people person looking to immerse yourself in the world of technology, then keep reading. We are searching for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join a growing team.

This role is ideal for anyone with a natural drive who is self-motivated and result-oriented, and ambitious with a desire to utilize their sales skills. We will provide you with all the knowledge on our products and services with proven sales outreach stratagies to ensure your success. Training and development are what we do, and we want you to succeed.

**Base salary plus commission**

Responsibilities

Ascertain the student's goals through proper questioning, while guiding students into the best program for their needs.

Calling multiple potential students daily to convert them into enrolled students

Confidently present program information, and promote and sell products/services.

Establish positive relationships with students to achieve or exceed pre-established sales goals.

Continuously improve through feedback through coaching sessions and weekly communications.

Meaningful contribution to creative selling opportunities, and insightful suggestions to further business to management.

Effectively interact with potential students through phone, text, and email.

Goal-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

At least 1 year of sales experience or business development

Relationship developing experience, including but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, and client services

Desire to aid in helping students achieve their professional goals

Experience working independently

Proven ability to self motivate

Skilled with professional use of social media

Uncapped Commissions
