Job description

LaunchPad Creative (LPC) is a marketing and communications agency specializing in financial services, private markets and fintech. We work closely with our clients to develop and execute marketing strategies that build their brands, strengthen their market presence and support business growth.

We're a small, collaborative team that brings together industry knowledge, creative thinking and hands-on execution. Our clients rely on us as an extension of their teams, which means we're involved in everything from marketing strategy and content development to digital campaigns, public relations and marketing automation.

We value people who bring ideas to the table, take ownership of their work and enjoy the variety that comes with agency life.

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys working with digital marketing platforms, managing campaign details and analyzing performance data.

You’ll support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts, working closely with our internal team and advertising partners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with digital advertising campaigns, preparing performance reports, supporting HubSpot activities and helping ensure campaigns run smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with technology, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in getting the details right. You don't need to be an expert in every platform, but you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and be eager to develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

Digital Advertising Support

  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of advertising accounts and campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta and other digital platforms.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement campaign settings, audience targeting, budgets and creative assets.
  • Monitor campaign activity, spending and performance, flagging issues or changes that require attention.
  • Coordinate advertising assets, landing page links, tracking parameters and other campaign requirements.
  • Support campaign testing, updates and optimization activities under the direction of the advertising manager.
  • Help maintain accurate campaign records, budgets and performance data.

HubSpot & Marketing Automation

  • Work with the CRM Manager to provide day-to-day HubSpot support, including contact management, list segmentation, data updates and CRM maintenance.
  • Build and schedule email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms and automated workflows.
  • Assist with HubSpot account setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support lead management activities, including contact imports, data cleanup and workflow updates.
  • Help troubleshoot basic HubSpot issues and coordinate more complex requests with senior team members.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and reporting within HubSpot.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect and organize performance data from Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 and other marketing platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards.
  • Track key metrics, including advertising spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, email engagement and website traffic.
  • Monitor campaign results and identify trends, inconsistencies or potential issues for the team to review.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of UTM tracking, conversion tracking and reporting tools.
  • Ensure reporting data is accurate, organized and delivered on schedule.

Marketing Operations & Team Support

  • Support the execution of digital marketing projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Coordinate campaign setup requirements, timelines, and deliverables with internal team members and external partners.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, reporting files and marketing assets.
  • Assist with website updates, landing page maintenance and other digital marketing tasks as needed.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline reporting, campaign setup and marketing processes.
  • Stay current on digital marketing tools, platforms and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to organize, analyze and present data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, follow processes and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable learning new software and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal team members.
  • A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Additional experience we'd value

  • HubSpot certifications or hands-on experience with Marketing Hub.
  • Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and conversion tracking.
  • Experience supporting B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems and SEO.

Financial services or fintech experience is a plus but not required. We're more interested in finding someone who is organized, technically curious and eager to build their digital marketing skills.
