Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a highly organized marketing professional to manage campaigns with our partners. You will execute online advertising across display, social, and email, leveraging Klaviyo and CleverTap to drive engagement while ensuring brand and investor-relations alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing pages; Webflow preferred.
• Proficient in GA tagging and digital analytics.
• Strong graphic design foundation for marketing creatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to generate, refine and QA marketing assets.
• Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across display, social, and email marketing.
• Use Klaviyo and CleverTap to create, schedule, and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand messaging, guidelines, and investor relations goals.
• Coordinate and traffic ad creatives to partners; manage assets across channels.
• Create and manage email campaigns and landing pages; maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and external agencies for campaigns.
• Monitor performance, generate insights, and adjust campaigns for better ROI.
• Troubleshoot advertising/tracking issues with IT and analytics teams.
