Ignite Visibility is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their team.

Are you passionate about account services and helping clients grow? Do you have experience working with and managing franchise accounts? If so, Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA and Orlando, FL, is hiring a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager, Franchise for our Account Services franchise team. This role is fully remote. The Account Manager, Franchise is a client-facing, post-sale role. Account Managers will work with a dedicated group of clients and will be responsible for understanding and achieving the client’s short- and long-term goals. They will serve as the day-to-day primary contact for our clients. They are a natural communicator, an expert digital marketer, and a problem-solver. The Account Manager will maintain client satisfaction and grow accounts through upsells and renewals while ensuring a high level of quality work is being delivered to meet the client’s goals. This role is only open to U.S. residents in any of the 50 states.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a strategic partner to our clients
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact
  • Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing overall account health while actively managing risk
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of timely quality work
  • Ensure account profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources
  • Work towards heightening the client’s trust in the agency and its internal team members
  • Provide regular reports and status updates to ensure each client is aware of the value being delivered
  • Maintain a business development mindset, partnering with the Client Success Director to discuss any opportunities to increase current client revenue or potential new business
  • Manage all billing changes, including new services, reduction in services, and cancellations
  • Responsible for obtaining client approvals for all new estimates and change orders
  • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects
  • Stay on top of industry trends in order to stay on the cutting edge
  • Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Account Executive in a digital marketing advertising agency supporting franchise clients
  • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects, communicate in English, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Have a drive to learn and grow in digital marketing knowledge and skills continually
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, Social, Content Marketing, UX, and Analytics
  • Experience with B2B & B2C lead generation
  • Franchise or multi-location marketing experience
  • Strong sales and client growth skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solve effectively
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • 4+ years’ experience in client account management/client success experience
  • 4+ years of sales and business development experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Excellent business acumen and experience working with business executives
  • Experience working with Project Management systems such as PK4, Slack, and other Account management tools and platforms, such as website analytic tools like Google Analytics
