Anduril Industries is seeking an Engineer to join the Engineering Systems & Tools team. You will shape and deploy the CAD, PLM, and related software ecosystem to improve hardware design workflows and developer productivity.

The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, collaboration with hardware and software leaders, and a focus on scalable design engineering solutions that accelerate development timelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, UX Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware design engineering experience with CAD/PLM/PDM tools.
• Strong user empathy and ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze workflows and articulate requirements across product lifecycle.

• Develop and implement design engineering software strategies to improve productivity and design quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tool roadmap with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends to keep hardware design processes cutting edge.
