Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Warren Plant seeks a Digital Manufacturing Leader to own the execution of the digital manufacturing strategy, focusing on equipment, capability building, and value delivery. You will champion major digital systems and mobile apps across the site, collaborating with KCNA teams and plant leadership to drive efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Key strategy owner for implementing digital programs to sustain long-term growth of KC digital manufacturing strategy.
Develops, advises, and recommends long-term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
Technical expert for major digital systems and capabilities (SMOM, EWM).
Champion & support mobile digital applications (Poka, SchedulePro).
Drive continuous improvement and change management within systems of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Analyze data structures, calculations, and workflows in major plant systems to leverage and optimize across supply chain.
Provide analytical support for data within the manufacturing systems.
Sustain and integrate data historian systems, MES, and QMS.
Lead deployment of SMOM and develop data flows for reports and dashboards.
Support plans for sustaining long-term SMOM growth to meet sector objectives.
Provide technical and operational expertise for quick solutions to SMOM-related problems.
