Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in manufacturing
• Experience leading Continuous Improvement (CI) and capability development
• Ability to coach problem-solving methods and tools at scale
• Proven ability to manage safety culture and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Reports to the site plant manager and leads CI and capability development for processes, equipment, facilities, digital solutions and personnel.
• Provide strategic leadership to direct reports and coach problem-solving to close gaps in processes and culture.
• Promote loss control and safety as core values across the site.
• Lead Lean, OPEX, LSS, and T4E initiatives to educate and shift behavior.
• Develop and execute site plans aligned to regional strategy for organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to drive change management and capability building.
