Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Leader at our Warren, OH site. The role is responsible for executing the KCNA digital manufacturing strategy, focusing on equipment, capability building, and value delivery.

You will champion major digital systems and mobile apps, influencing multiple levels across the plant and beyond. As a technical expert, you will drive standardization, data flows, and analytics to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, ITS or related field.
• Lean principles with a blue belt.
• Ability to learn statistical/analytical skills: Regression, SPC, Financial Analysis, Analytical Modeling, and Industrial Process Analytics.
• Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems such as SAP ERP, MES, PLM.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the execution of a global, regional, or functional strategic initiative; collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategy owner for implementing digital programs to sustain KC digital manufacturing growth.
• Develops long-term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
• Technical expert for major digital systems (e.g., SMOM, EWM).
• Champion and support mobile digital applications (Poka, SchedulePro).
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across systems.
