Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Warren, OH seeks a seasoned Digital Manufacturing Specialist to lead the KCNA digital manufacturing strategy at the plant. You’ll own the execution of digital programs, support major digital systems, and drive value delivery with cross-functional teams across supply chain, engineering, and plant operations.

The role focuses on SMOM deployment, data flow optimization, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with KCNA digital teams and site leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of systems support and development.
Lean experience with a blue belt.
Experience with large, interconnected software systems (SAP ERP, MES, PLM).
Ability to lead global/regional initiatives and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

Own the digital programs for sustaining long-term KC digital manufacturing growth.
Develop long-term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems.
Act as technical expert for major digital systems (SMOM, EWM).
Champion mobile digital applications (Poka, SchedulePro).
Drive CI and data-driven improvements across the site.
