CLA is seeking a Digital M&A Director to lead digital integration, IT diligence, and carve-out initiatives across transactions. This role provides strategic advisory, program leadership, and governance to ensure value realization and a high-quality client experience throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required. Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration and carve-out initiatives, providing strategic advisory and IT due diligence support.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery including scope, timeline, resources, and budget; establish governance and risk management.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers; lead cross-functional governance forums.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver clear status reporting and executive updates.
• Monitor engagement financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, margins, and tracking.
• Partner with leaders on change management to ensure adoption and realized value.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery methodologies, tools, and collaboration.
