Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required; combination of experience may be considered.
• Project management certifications (PMI, Agile/Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration and carve-out initiatives with IT due diligence.
• Deliver end-to-end digital program delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Manage cross-functional teams, governance forums, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of engagements.
• Partner with leaders on change management to realize business value.
