Job summary

CLA is seeking a Digital M&A Director to lead digital M&A, integration, and carve-out initiatives, providing strategic advisory, program leadership, and IT due diligence support throughout the transaction lifecycle. They drive execution across complex, cross-functional engagements, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and delivery of business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• PMI, Agile and/or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• M&A Integration: advise on integration & carve-out challenges; lead IT diligence activities; develop diligence reports and transition services recommendations.
• Program Delivery: lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives; establish governance, plans, schedules, and risk management.
• Leadership: manage and develop a team of project managers; lead cross-functional governance forums.
• Stakeholder Management: build trusted client relationships; facilitate governance meetings; deliver clear status updates.
• Financial Management: accountability for engagement financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
• Change Management: support readiness and adoption of initiatives; ensure value realization.
• Continuous Improvement: drive delivery-methodology improvements, consistency, and scalability.
