Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Digital M&A Director to lead integration, carve-out programs, and IT due diligence across the transaction lifecycle. This role drives strategy, governance, risk management, and delivery of value in manufacturing and distribution contexts, with a focus on client experience and high-quality outcomes.

The position entails end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership of a project-management team, with substantial travel required

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration and carve-out initiatives with advisory and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery including scope, timeline, resources, and budgets.
• Manage and develop a team of project managers and lead cross-functional governance forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders on change management to realize intended value.
