Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Digital M&A Senior to lead project workstreams in digital M&A engagements, manage IT due diligence, and support integration and separation planning. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating cross-functional teams for value realization and operational success.

The position requires 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred, with travel exceeding 50%.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital M&A integration and due diligence workstreams.
• Conduct IT due diligence activities including data room reviews and diligence calls.
• Analyze technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operating models.
• Develop integration and separation strategies and diligence reports.
• Prepare client-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
