Job summary

You will install and repair equipment, assist with software, manage inventory, and collaborate with district technology support to ensure security and compliance,

Qualifications

• Basic hardware and software knowledge required.
• Windows, Mac, and iOS operating knowledge.
• Installing and maintaining software.
• Managing computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area networks.
• Supporting enterprise applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, cloud storage).
• Effective communication and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance training and guidance to site staff and students.
• Maintain a stable digital learning environment in collaboration with district support staff.
• Adhere to district network security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for appropriate hardware and software.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all technology assets.
