Job summary

St. Lawrence College is seeking a Digital Learning Technology Administrator to manage and improve the college's digital learning environments across the Tri-Campus sites.

This role focuses on supporting the learning management system, evaluation tools, and associated educational technologies. Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance, the incumbent designs workflows, creates training resources, analyzes data, and stays current with emerging practices in digital teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year diploma/degree in digital technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting multiple partnering groups in digital technology implementations.
• Strong interpersonal, independent and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions of digital learning technologies including LMS, course eval software, video streaming, and Microsoft 365.
• Design and improve processes to enhance user experience and develop training resources.
• Analyze user data and system reports to support decision-making and identify training needs.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and consultation to SCTL, ITS, faculty and staff.
• Participate in pilots and adoption of new educational technologies.
