Job summary

Funeral Directors Life, a subsidiary of Directors Investment Group (DIG), seeks a Digital Learning Partner to design and deliver strategic digital learning solutions across DIG and its subsidiaries. The role partners with leaders to align initiatives with business goals and drive measurable value for employees and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience administering or supporting learning management systems required.
• Experience in insurance, funeral service, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience designing or supporting digital learning initiatives preferred.
• Training, education, instructional design, or related background required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and reinforce the mission and vision of DIG and its subsidiaries.
• Lead and support identified digital learning initiatives across DIG and its subsidiaries.
• Manage, maintain, and promote LMS platforms.
• Apply instructional design to develop engaging digital, blended, and flipped learning experiences.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning and performance gaps.
• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate digital learning solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop strong partnerships with internal and remote managers and subject matter experts.
• Provide data-informed, customized recommendations to support organizational effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of digital learning through change management strategies.
• Collaborate with Education & Development, People Operations, and business teams to achieve learning objectives.
• Stay current on digital learning trends, tools, and best practices.
