Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, funeral service, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience designing or supporting digital learning initiatives preferred.
  • Training, education, instructional design, or related background required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and reinforce the mission and vision of DIG and its subsidiaries.
  • Lead and support identified digital learning initiatives across DIG and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage, maintain, and promote LMS platforms.
  • Apply instructional design to develop engaging digital, blended, and flipped learning experiences.
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning and performance gaps.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate digital learning solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal and remote managers and subject matter experts.
  • Provide data-informed, customized recommendations to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning through change management strategies.
