Job summary

Funeral Directors Life, a DIG subsidiary based in Abilene, TX, seeks a Digital Learning Partner to design and deliver digital learning aligned with business needs. You will act as a strategic partner, work with leaders, and drive adoption of learning initiatives across DIG and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include managing LMS platforms, applying instructional design principles, and collaborating with HR, education, and business teams to create engaging digital, blended, and flipped

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience administering or supporting learning management systems required.
• Experience in instructional design or digital learning initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and reinforce the mission and vision of DIG and its subsidiaries.
• Lead and support digital learning initiatives across DIG and subsidiaries.
• Manage and promote LMS platforms.
• Apply instructional design to develop engaging digital, blended, and flipped learning experiences.
• Identify learning gaps with leaders and teams.
• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate digital learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SME s and leaders to meet learning objectives.
• Drive adoption of learning solutions through change management.
