Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a People Development Experience Designer to lead the design and delivery of learning experiences across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with SMEs, build engaging online solutions, and drive continuous improvement of the PD portfolio.

You will apply adult learning theories, craft multi-format content, and ensure ROI reporting while collaborating with the People Development team. This role emphasizes strategic alignment and measurable impact on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D, HR, Talent Management or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or equivalent.
• 2+ years developing corporate e-Learning with Articulate 360, Adobe, Synthesia and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Develop and manage learning programs aligned to business goals.
• Create and maintain the PD Academy portfolio and course catalog.
• Design engaging, interactive e-learning content and simulations.
• Implement and monitor LMS initiatives and analytics.
