Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Digital Educational Content Specialist to design, develop, and curate digital learning materials for a hybrid role in Mexico City. You will translate complex topics into engaging modules, create videos, infographics, and quizzes, and ensure content quality aligns with brand standards.

You will work with subject matter experts, apply ADDIE/SAM, manage timelines, and analyze learner feedback to improve content effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating digital educational content or e-learning development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Experience in video production and editing, graphic design, and infographic creation.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
