Job summary

The Burlington County Library System seeks a Library Associate, Digital Learning who will deliver high‑quality customer service and support programs that increase digital fluency for community members. You will work with staff across locations, presenting technology offerings, and coordinating demonstrations at off-site sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a strong service mindset, with opportunities to engage the community both inside the library and in outreach venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong customer service ethos.
• Solid technology skills and ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on site, via phone, or through digital channels.
• Support and host technology programs to expand digital fluency.
• Coordinate off-site tech demos at community sites in Burlington County and with trainers.
• Maintain Community Resources Information Directory linking staff and community to resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
