Job summary

The Burlington County Library System seeks a flexible, detail-oriented team player to join the Lifelong Learning team as a FT Library Associate, Digital Learning. The role combines strong customer service with technology support across on-site and off-site programs.

You will provide outstanding service to library visitors, host technology programs to expand digital fluency, coordinate demonstrations at community sites, and maintain our Community Resources Information Directory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to library visitors on site, via phone, or on our digital channels.
• Support and host a suite of technology programs to expand digital fluency.
• Coordinate a schedule of off-site technology demonstrations at community partner sites around Burlington County and in collaboration with systemwide technology trainers.
• Maintain and refresh our in-house Community Resources Information Directory which connects our staff and the community to local, county, state, federal, and non-profit resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
