You will lead improvement initiatives across Operations, Engineering, IT, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee effectiveness. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering/technical field.
- 1–3 years in manufacturing, digital, or analytics environments.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows for operational needs.
- Translate requirements into scalable digital solutions with IT and system owners.
- Improve data visibility, integrity, usability, and decision support.
- Document solutions, controls, ownership, access, and sustainment requirements.
- Lead medium-complexity digital/Lean projects from definition to implementation.
- Ensure governance, change-management, and cybersecurity compliance.
