Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of Lean Engineering experience.
• BS Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and cost reduction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Directly ensure safety in all lean activities and work areas.
• Develop lean skills, teach principles, and promote a lean culture.
• Plan and facilitate 3–4 Kaizen events per year with clear deliverables.
• Track cost savings; aim for $250K annual savings per Kaizen project.
• Support 5S and Gemba audits; participate in iKaizen initiatives.
• Own Value Stream Map upkeep and coordinate with engineers on projects.
• Plan layouts and analyze equipment movements per lean methods.
• Participate in design reviews and ergonomics assessments for lean input.
• Establish A3 processes and lead 5 PDCA cycles annually.
• Identify benchmarks and share best practices; travel <10%.
