The ideal candidate will handle multiple email boxes, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with ISC Management on ongoing projects, attending weekly team meetings and maintaining scripts as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Enter new leads into the operating system promptly and accurately.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for ISC Management using Excel/Sheets.
• Process payroll bonuses and verify data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage multiple essential email boxes and respond to requests from ISC teams.
• Review call recordings and assist ISC Management with special projects.
• Respond to Hatch inquiries and schedule appointments in Hatch and Enabled Plus.
• Complete daily task sheets and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Maintain AI prompts and scripting changes for Hatch and Balto.
