Job summary

Accenture’s Scientific Informatics team seeks a Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation projects, spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI, for top clients. You will shape initiatives, define requirements, and oversee end-to-end delivery to realize measurable value.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, program governance, and collaboration with Directors and Senior Directors, with travel up to 50% to client sites. A strong scientific or IT background is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting.
• Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives—spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI—to deliver measurable client impact.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
