Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in our Scientific Informatics practice to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation initiatives. You will shape strategies across informatics, data, automation, and AI to achieve measurable client impact.

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics, a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or CS/Engineering, and strong communication skills. Consulting experience and willingness to travel up to 50% are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and value realization; articulate business value and outcomes.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes and ensure contractual commitments and client satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
