Job summary

Polytek Development Corp. in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented Production Labeling Coordinator to support printing of product labels, inserts, and packaging documents across multiple brands. You will operate two Trojan labeling presses and ensure high-quality, on-time output.

The role requires accuracy, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, and Purchasing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associates/Technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience operating industrial printing equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with label design software (BarTender, ZebraDesigner) and familiarity with TrojanControl/TrojanRIP.

Responsibilities

• Operate two labeling print presses to meet production labeling and packaging demands for Polytek-branded and Private Label materials.
• Design sheets and small roll labels using labeling software.
• Generate production-specific labels and inserts; print on demand as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on Trojan print presses to optimize runtime and quality.
• Conduct inspections for alignment, color consistency, and printhead cleanliness.
