Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) is seeking a Quality Control Technician to inspect raw materials and in-process items to ensure compliance with product specifications. Experience in printing, packaging or related industries is a big plus; manufacturing background is ideal.

Key duties include examining orders for details, testing samples, recording results, approving or rejecting products, and communicating findings. The ideal candidate has strong attention to quality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree in related field preferred.
• One year or more of related experience in manufacturing or QA.
• Experience in printing, packaging or folding carton is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examines purchase orders and documents to secure inspection details.
• Inspects product for compliance with specifications and quality system.
• Tests samples and records results; approves or rejects product.
• Identifies and resolves problems; analyzes information and collaborates on solutions.
• Supports timely decisions and communicates findings to team.
