Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services in Conshohocken, PA seeks a Label Technician to prepare internal labels, print finished labels for clinicals and pallets, and ensure accurate documentation across in-process and finished products.

The role requires strong computer skills, experience with label printers, and knowledge of FDA/cGMPs, with responsibilities including printer maintenance, audit support, and training peers to replace you.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years related experience or HS degree with 4–6 years related experience.
• Experience in label generation for pharmaceutical or related industry is desired.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations related to cGMPs.
• Knowledge in quality control/assurance.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge in label generation software, EasyLabel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal labels for in-process work and component identification.
• Prepare finished labels for clinicals, pallet identification and finished products.
• Document evaluation of all labels.
• Operate label printers and perform minor printer maintenance.
• Verify printer clearance before proceeding to next run.
• Train designated peers as replacement as requested.
• Order labeling supplies to keep the label room functioning.
