Job summary

Polytek Development Corp. is seeking a Production Labeling Coordinator to manage label printing and packaging documents across multiple production lines. You will operate two Trojan label presses, design label sheets, and produce on-demand labels with strict quality control.

You will collaborate with EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure timely, accurate labeling for Polytek brands and private label materials. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; associates/technical degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years operating industrial printing equipment in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Skills: Familiar with label design software and digital front-end press interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate two Trojan label presses to meet production demands.
• Design sheets and small label runs using labeling software.
• Generate vendor-specific and production labels as needed.
• Inspect labels for alignment, color, and quality, ensuring high-resolution output.
• Organize label storage and maintain procurement communication with Purchasing.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printers to optimize run time.
