Reservoir’s Digital Label Operations team seeks a detail-oriented assistant to support catalog setup, video delivery, and metadata management. The role focuses on OpenPlay deployments, YouTube/VEVO content delivery, and ongoing data quality across catalog operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable with metadata, and eager to grow a career in digital music and label operations. Temporary, with potential for permanence.

Competenze

• Previous internship or experience in digital/label operations preferred.
• Interest in digital music distribution and operational processes.
• Attention to detail with metadata, spreadsheets, and assets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with UPCs, ISRCs, and release metadata preferred.
• Experience with OpenPlay, YouTube CMS or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data comfort.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain digital products in OpenPlay with metadata, assets, and credits.
• Deliver and maintain music videos on YouTube and VEVO, review metadata against requirements.
• Conduct catalog audits and quality-control checks on metadata and assets.
• Maintain internal trackers for releases, videos, lyrics, and issues.
• Assist with catalog migrations and metadata initiatives.
• Develop and maintain internal processes, SOPs, and best practices.
• Stay informed of DSP requirements and distribution workflows.
