Qualifications

• 6+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics, R&D or QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science or Computer Science/Engineering.
• 2+ years consulting experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Oversee end-to-end engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Quantify and articulate business value generated by solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
