Job summary

Accenture Chicago is seeking a Manager to lead cross-functional teams in digital laboratory transformation projects, applying scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.

You will shape lab processes, define requirements, and oversee end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project excellence across people, process, and technology. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
• Consulting experience is a plus and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver client value.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a high-performance culture with accountability.
